Robswall Phase 2

Project Management

This was the second phase of a private project in Robswall consisted of the following in 17 different homes in Robswall with individual needs including:

• Attic conversions
• Attic ladders
• Structural Work (taken down walls and putting steel in to achieve an open plan room)
• Timber flooring
• etc.

These projects were commenced in Jan ’16 and completed Aug ’16 and ran to circa 30K
